Clinical Educator
Northwest Kidney Centers at SeaTac seeks a dynamic and experienced Clinical Educator to develop and implement educational programs for staff members in dialysis-related areas.
Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and evaluate orientation programs for staff nurses, dialysis technicians, medical receptionists, and other clinical professionals.
• Serve as an NKC resource person on peritoneal and hemodialysis, providing expert knowledge and support to staff and the community.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Director of Education Services to ensure seamless delivery of education services.
• Perform backup and relief duties for the Clinical Director of Education Services and contribute to assigned projects and initiatives.
Qualifications:
• Active Washington state RN license
• Bachelors degree in Nursing
• Minimum two years prior experience in clinical education
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
