Nurse Supervisor Job Description
We are seeking a Nurse Supervisor to join our team at Northwest Kidney Centers.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of the dialysis unit, including patient and staff scheduling
- Monitor daily productivity and provide cost-effective, standardized high-quality dialysis care to patients
- Assure compliance with all regulatory standards
Requirements
- Evidence of ability to adapt and respond to a dynamic environment
- 1-3 years of prior leadership experience
- Commitment to high level of patient care
- At least 1 year of dialysis nurse experience
Qualifications
- Equivalent of Associate or Baccalaureate degree with a Nursing major
- Current Registered Nursing license in the state of Washington
- Three (3) years of institutional clinical nursing experience
