Overview:
We are looking for a hardworking and reliable individual willing to learn and grow in the excavation industry. The ideal candidate should have some experience in excavation, be able to lift 50 lbs or more, and be willing to perform physical labor such as laying pipe, shoveling, and assisting on job sites. Heavy equipment operator experience is a plus.
Our company is based in Spirit Lake, ID, and candidates must be able to commute to Spirit Lake daily. This position also requires the ability to travel outside of North Idaho for various projects.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with laying pipe, shoveling, and general labor tasks.
- Support excavation and site preparation work.
- Lift 50 lbs or more as needed.
- Follow safety protocols and work efficiently with the team.
- Operate heavy equipment if experienced (not required but preferred).
Qualifications:
- Willingness to work hard and learn.
- Reliable with the ability to commute to Spirit Lake, ID, daily.
- Must be able to travel outside of North Idaho for projects.
- Some experience in excavation or construction preferred.
- Ability to perform physical labor and work in various weather conditions.
- Heavy equipment operator experience is a plus but not required.
