Position Overview
The Marketing Coordinator will support and assist NLC’s paid and organic marketing efforts. This role regularly communicates with social media audiences, monitors online brand strength, and develops special projects as needed. The individual in this role will work closely with the Marketing Department while reporting to the Director of Marketing, helping to ensure the implementation, execution, and success of NLC’s marketing activities.

In this position you will have the opportunity to:
- Work with the Creative Manager on a strategy that reflects campus modernization goals while collaborating to produce and manage high-quality content such as blog posts, still images, infographics, and social media posts to highlight the updated facilities, technology, and student life.
- Oversee the content calendar for consistency across digital platforms. Use analytics to assess content impact and guide strategy improvements.
- Assist with planning and executing traditional marketing campaigns, including print ads, direct mail, sponsorships, and event promotions.
- Under the guidance of the Creative Manager, help to enhance NLC’s brand identity by developing visual assets and messaging.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team and other staff to ensure consistent branding across platforms, stay updated on industry trends, and recommend fresh marketing strategies.
- Improve marketing tools and CRM Systems and coordinate changes to content (images, videos, copy, etc.) on websites, other creatives, and catalogs.
- Assist in agency relations (email, meetings, etc.) and provide logistical support on all projects with marketing agencies.
- Work with the Sr. Business Analyst in Marketing to analyze data, assess campaign effectiveness, identify improvement areas, and help build reports for leadership meetings.
- Act as a bridge for effective communication between the marketing team and other departments while assisting on multiple projects and owning a few of your own.
Required Education & Experience
- High School diploma or GED
- 0-1 years of relevant experience in customer service and administrative duties in a professional environment
