Position Overview
The Program Delivery Coordinator is a temporary position that provides administrative and project support to the curriculum team and department executives. The person in this position works as a team member, performing administrative and project work of a complex nature conveying highly sensitive information while maintaining confidentiality. The capacity for thoughtful communication and strong attention to detail are crucial. The position requires the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations as well as the ability to work with humor and grace under pressure and deadlines.

In this position you will have the opportunity to:
- Managing and maintaining curriculum files, change logs, and version control across SharePoint, curriculum servers, LMS, NetSuite, QuestionMark, and other platforms.
- Scheduling meetings, taking detailed notes, and distributing key updates to ensure project continuity.
- Managing and updating the Microsoft Planner board, tracking tasks, assignments, and project statuses.
- Processing curriculum edit requests, researching customer error reports, and proposing solutions.
- Supporting contractor relationships, assisting with project scoping, curriculum deliverable review, and tracking progress.
- Serving as a liaison between teams, customers, Quanta Services, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and completion of tasks.
- Coordinating department functions, including sourcing curriculum materials, scheduling events, and fulfilling internal curriculum requests.
- Ordering and picking up materials, coordinating meal orders, and assisting with team events and social gatherings.
- Running Clockify expense reports, updating print build sheets, and maintaining copyright compliance for curriculum deliverables.
- Providing project support by referring issues to the appropriate individuals, following up to ensure resolution, and closing communication loops.
Required Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 4 years relevant experience in a professional environment, content/curriculum creation environment, or education environment.
Technical Requirements/ Core Competencies
- Ability to manage and update content using Adobe Suite (InDesign and Photoshop).
- Proficiency in a range of software to include Microsoft Office Suite, Smartsheet, Microsoft Planner, learning management systems, and other identified educational technology platforms.
- Project coordinator experience.
Salary
$22.26 - $24.88 per hour, DOE
