Skilled Maintenance/HVAC
Salary Range:
$29.83 - $46.08 per hour (based on years of experience)
Location/Hours:
Maintenance Department - 8.0 hours per day - 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Qualifications:
1. High School diploma or equivalent.
2. Prior related experience or experience in a skilled craft area is required.
3. Maintains any license required to perform the duty of a skilled craftsman. This may include, but is not limited to a license in HVAC or other certifications.
4. Communication skills as it relates to customer service and working with supervisors and co-workers.
5. Professional appearance, organizational skills and problem solving skills are an asset to this position.
6. Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable.
