Position Summary: To assist with the installation of heating and air conditioning systems.
- Work with lead technicians on residential HVAC projects, including: ductless split systems, ducted air handler systems, refrigeration piping, radiant hydronic systems
- Some warehouse staging and driving depending on project schedules and needs
- Participate in NWM training program including: online training, hands on training at local training providers, and on-the-job training
- Work with NWM managers to complete training to achieve electrical and plumbing certifications
- Represent NWM professionally with our customers in their homes and on construction sites

- High School diploma or equivalent
- Desire to quickly learn and grow in this position.
- Mechanical aptitude with the knowledge and understanding of parts, tools and equipment
- Ability to lift up-to 60 pounds on a frequent basis, and on occasion move and lift heavier items
- Excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle record
- Pre-employment drug testing will be conducted
