Responsibilities:
- Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and equipment repairs and changeouts for residential HVAC systems
- Ability to write up customer estimates for system repairs and replacement utilizing company CRM / Dispatching software
- Represent NW Mechanical professionally with our customers andpartners
- Willing to attend training classes and expand working knowledge and technical skills
- Be respectful and supportive of fellow members of the NW Mechanical team
- Focus on safety for self and others
- Other special projects as assigned
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2 years’ experience in HVAC service
- General knowledge in HVAC systems including: heat pumps, boilers, furnaces, water heaters, andlow voltage control systems
- Hydronic experience including boilers a plus
- Service Titan experience a plus
- Exceptional Safety knowledge of tools, testing devices and surroundings
- Have or working towards Washington 06A or 06B certified, City of Seattle refrigeration license
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds on a frequent basis, and on occasion move and lift heavier items
- Excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle record
- Pre-employment drug testing will be conducted
