NMHSI is currently searching for a Bilingual Patient Registration Specialist for our office located in Shelby, Michigan in the heart of Oceana County.

As the Patient Registration Specialist, you work collaboratively with all clinic staff to ensure high quality customer service and patient care. You will be responsible for checking patients in and out, scheduling appointments, enrollment verifications, verifying insurance, answering phones, appointment confirmation and assisting patients with paperwork.
