Dedicated and highly Skilled Athletic Trainer to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate must have a passion for sports medicine and be committed to providing exceptional care to athletes and patients in both clinical and game settings. Successful candidate will work collaboratively within a team of healthcare professionals and provide community outreach. Successful candidate must have strong knowledge of sports medicine, injury prevention and rehabilitation techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements:
Provides on-site athletic training services during practice, games, and sporting events, including acute injury and emergency response.
Prepares and maintains a comprehensive first aid kit and injury management supplies for events.
Monitors athletes' health and wellness, ensuring adherence to return-to-play protocols following injuries.
Engages in communication with coaches, athletes, and parents regarding injury status and recovery plans.
Works with orthopedic healthcare providers in clinic settings to perform clinical duties as assigned.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, for game coverage.
Successful candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training or related field ( Master's degree preferred)
Successful candidate must be Certified Athletic Trainer
