We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Billing Specialist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the billing process, ensuring accurate claims submissions, and maintaining compliance with insurance regulations. The billing specialist will play a critical role in the financial operations of the clinic, working closely with healthcare providers, administrative staff, and insurance companies to ensure prompt and accurate reimbursement.

Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or higher in healthcare administration, finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in medical billing, insurance verification, or a similar role is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, billing codes (CPT, ICD-10), and insurance claims processing.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in billing software and electronic health record (EHR) systems. Experience with Allscripts or Athena preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
