Napoleon, Part-Time, Special Education, Elementary, MWR 8 : 15-12 : 15, TF 1 : 00 pm-2 : 15 pm
Napoleon, Full-Time, Special Education, High School, Monday-Friday 7 : 45 am-3 : 00 pm (LEAP Bus : Leap Bus : 7 : 45-8 : 30 and 1 : 35-3 : 00 Additional classroom para : 8 : 30-1 : 35)
Patrick-Henry, Part-Time, Special Education, Tuesday and Thursday 7 : 45 am-11 : 00 am
QUALIFICATIONS (partial list) :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- FBI and BCI background checks are required.
- Hold or be qualified to obtain an Ohio Department of Education Educational Aide Permit.
- Ability to learn skills appropriate for the position.
- Demonstrated maturity and the ability to work with students with special needs
DESCRIPTION : A paraprofessional supports students in meeting their educational goals under the supervision of the classroom teacher; performs a variety of educational and support services to help achieve productive learning experiences; provides guidance and encouragement to help students pursue their intellectual, social, and emotional potentials; promotes the inclusion of students with disabilities into classroom and school activities; recognizes each professional contact as an opportunity to promote a positive impression of the educational service center.
LOCATION : Public Schools located in Henry County
CONTRACT : Per the 2024-25 school calendar
SALARY : Per salary schedule based on experience
