What are the responsibilities and job description for the Payment Poster position at Northwest Ohio Orthopedics & Sports Medicine, Inc?
N.W.O. is looking for someone with excellent customer service, job dedication and constant attention to detail to fill a full time opening at our Findlay campus for payment postings. Job Duties include:
Payment Poster
§ Post patient cash/checks that are collected daily.
§ Post all Credit card and Care Credit payments
§ Post all NSF checks and CheckX change collections
§ Run all Refunds/Voids through Merchant Services
§ Post all EFT’s that come into Centricity
§ Post all paper checks and remits.
§ Log into various websites to obtain remits with EFT’s.
§ Help Accountant with monthly reconcile.
§ Enter all retail charges and post accordingly.
§ Ensure all remits have been posted, including non-ACH zero pays.
§ Ensure all daily batches are balanced with the deposits.
§ Refund patients that are due.
