What are the responsibilities and job description for the X-Ray Technologist - Supplemental position at Northwest Orthopaedic Specialists?
Northwest Orthopaedic Specialists is looking for a Supplemental X-Ray Technologist to join our team.
NWOS is closed all weekends and major holidays. No night shifts or on call.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Completes all radiological exams
- The X-Ray Technician carries out the tests by following the procedures for use of the specific equipment required.
- Provides excellent customer service to our patients.
- Maintains patient confidentiality.
- If necessary will assist other clinical staff with cleaning rooms, rooming patients and doing Medical Histories.
- Stays in compliance with HIPAA regulations regarding patients and or other clinic personal.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Certified with the State of Washington Department of Health
- Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists required; If registry is pending, must complete within 6 months from date of hire into this job classification
- Knowledge of current medical standards and regulations.
- Interpersonal/human relations skills; provides professional, positive customer service to all patients and works well with other staff.
- Ability to maintain and accurately record EHR files.
SHIFT:
- Day shift. No nights, no weekends, on-call, or major holidays.

Hourly Rate: $22.64 - $40.54
