Overview
We are seeking a Forklift Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various types of forklifts and material handling equipment to ensure efficient movement of goods within our facility. This role is crucial in maintaining the flow of operations, supporting shipping and receiving processes, and ensuring that all materials are handled safely and effectively.
Duties
- Operate forklifts, including swing reach and man lifts, to move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Utilize RF scanners to track inventory and manage stock levels accurately.
- Assist in shipping and receiving processes by loading and unloading trucks.
- Perform order picking tasks to fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts to ensure proper functioning.
- Supply production machines with corrugated paper for manufacturing of boxes.
- Pallet yard clean up and inventory.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management immediately.
Skills
- Proven experience as a Forklift Operator or in a similar role within a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with materials handling procedures and safety regulations.
- Ability to operate various types of forklifts, including but not limited to man lifts, cherry pickers, and pallet jacks.
- Experience with RF scanners for inventory management is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately..

Pay: $21.00 - $21.50 per hour
