Northwest Partners is partnering with a premier client in the Field Technology Solutions industry to hire an experienced fulltime Field Service Technician. In this role you will support the technological needs of our client by acting as the liaison between the business and IT providing technical solutions to meet user needs and conducting onsite service activities.
What YOU will do :
- Serve as the companys representative at customer sites performing installations troubleshooting and maintenance activities as directed by the National Service Manager.
- Ensure equipment operation by completing preventive maintenance and evaluating new techniques for repairs.
- Maintain accurate service records documenting services provided and obtaining client signatures.
- Manage spare parts inventory by adhering to return procedures for unused parts.
- Collaborate with both domestic and international technical teams to resolve customer issues.
- Maintain a safe work environment by following company standards and legal regulations.
- Contribute to team efforts by exploring new opportunities and assisting with related tasks as needed.
