What YOU Will Do
- Serve as the company’s representative at customer sites, performing installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities as directed by the National Service Manager.
- Ensure equipment operation by completing preventive maintenance and evaluating new techniques for repairs.
- Maintain accurate service records, documenting services provided and obtaining client signatures.
- Manage spare parts inventory by adhering to return procedures for unused parts.
- Collaborate with both domestic and international technical teams to resolve customer issues.
- Maintain a safe work environment by following company standards and legal regulations.
- Contribute to team efforts by exploring new opportunities and assisting with related tasks as needed.
- AS degree in electronics or related technical field (or equivalent technical education and experience).
- 3-5 years of experience in troubleshooting and field repair of electrical and mechanical-electrical systems.
- 3-5 years of experience in networking and TCP/IP.
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 50 lbs. continuously.
- Valid driver’s license.
