Information Security Manager Compliance

Northwest Partners is partnering with a premier client in the construction industry to hire an experienced full-time Information Security Manager with a strong background in compliance. This role will be responsible for leading the organization's security and compliance initiatives, ensuring adherence to industry regulations, and implementing security best practices to protect company assets and data.

What YOU will do :

• Develop, implement, and maintain the organization's information security and compliance policies, procedures, and standards.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations such as ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2, and other applicable frameworks.
• Conduct security risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation strategies.
• Collaborate with IT and business units to integrate security controls into operational processes.
• Lead incident response efforts, manage security investigations, and coordinate with stakeholders to mitigate security threats.
• Oversee third-party security risk assessments and ensure vendor compliance with security policies.
• Stay up to date with emerging security threats, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
• Develop and conduct security awareness training programs for employees.
