Northwest Partners is partnering with a premier client to hire a full-time Full Stack Developer . This position involves providing technical consulting and hands-on expertise to develop robust software solutions while adhering to industry best practices. As part of a collaborative team, you will contribute to all stages of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment, and support a dynamic environment driven by innovation and results.
What YOU will do
- Provide technical consulting for application software development and computing technologies.
- Develop, document, and execute unit test cases to ensure software quality.
- Resolve complex technical issues, escalating when necessary.
- Review and recommend test plans for impacted areas and test coverage.
- Lead projects within specified technical disciplines, identifying process improvements and implementing solutions.
- Establish or fine-tune CI / CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and knowledge-sharing activities to foster team growth.
- Design and develop responsive, user-friendly front-end applications using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks (Angular / React).
- Create and consume RESTful APIs and work with data structures like XML and JSON.
- Write and refactor clean, efficient code using Java, JavaScript, and Spring / Spring Boot frameworks.
- Conduct design reviews, performance tuning, and debugging to ensure optimal system performance.
- Use monitoring tools such as Splunk, AppDynamics, and Grafana to maintain system reliability.
- Develop technical specifications, design documents, and functional requirements.
- Maintain a positive customer service relationship and align technical solutions with business needs.
