What YOU Will Do
- Design, develop, and enhance software applications as part of a dedicated development team.
- Improve application performance and manage scaling issues to support user growth, while writing and running thorough tests to ensure code stability.
- Integrate existing software into new environments, modify systems, and optimize for performance and efficiency.
- Review code, evaluate design trade-offs, and recommend enhancements based on user feedback.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals and system flowcharts.
- Mentor junior developers, sharing best practices and contributing to company software development standards.
- Collaborate in an agile, scrum-based environment to meet project requirements.
- Proven expertise in Blazor, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, MSSQL, Oracle PL/SQL, and Azure.
- Advanced knowledge of agile development and scrum methodologies.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with stakeholders and team members.
- Ability to independently prioritize tasks and drive project goals with minimal supervision.
- Analytical skills to interpret technical documentation, design diagrams, and database schemas.
- Dedication to fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- 6 years of experience in software and .NET development.
- Experience in mortgage servicing or the print/mail industry is a plus.
