Position Description:
Northwest Passage is seeking a Full-Time Foodservice professional to join our team in Frederic, WI.
Northwest Passage is seeking a Full-Time Foodservice professional to join our team in Frederic, WI.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare resident and staff meals according to HACCP regulations and menu guidelines.
- Maintain food and physical safety within the foodservice environment.
- Deliver meals throughout campus buildings.
- Work with other foodservice staff, counselors, managers, and residents in a professional manner.
- Other duties as assigned by a manager.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience working in a foodservice setting.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and observation skills.
- Must be able to work Saturdays and Sundays 7:00 am-7:00 pm with an additional 8 hours on Mondays and Fridays.

Physical Demands:
This role may require regular walking to various locations around the campus. While performing the duties of the job, the employee is regularly required to communicate with others. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items over 20 pounds.
