Job Summary:
As a Piano Sales Support Representative, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring an excellent customer experience. You will leverage your sales experience and piano-playing skills to assist customers in selecting the right instruments, perform administrative tasks, and contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team in providing outstanding customer service.
- Help customers find the perfect piano to meet their needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate pianos and provide information on features, benefits, and pricing.
- Participate in sales events and promotions.
- Participating in video and social media efforts
- Customer Interaction:
- Greet and engage with customers, building rapport and understanding their musical needs.
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Networking with music teachers in the Bellevue/Seattle area
- Interacting with teachers and music lovers during concerts and teacher recitals
- Provide product demonstrations and facilitate test plays for customers.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
- Handle sales transactions and process payments.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Organize and maintain the showroom, ensuring it is clean and visually appealing.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales and administrative teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving sales and customer service.
- Support marketing efforts by providing insights and feedback on customer preferences and trends.
Qualifications:
- Prior sales experience in any field is required.
- Proficiency in playing the piano is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
