Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Building and Grounds Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and management of our facilities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in maintenance, groundskeeping, and supervising teams to ensure that our indoor and outdoor spaces are well-maintained. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing various projects, including custodial duties, maintenance, small engine repair, snow removal, landscaping, tree care, lawn care, and irrigation systems.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations of buildings and grounds maintenance activities.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules.
- Train and mentor team members on best practices.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular inspections of buildings and grounds to identify areas needing attention or improvement.
- Collaborate with District Office and Board of Education to plan and execute special projects.
Experience
- Proven experience in maintenance, groundskeeping, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise staff effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
