What are the responsibilities and job description for the Floating Clinical Receptionist-Carmel, IN position at NORTHWEST RADIOLOGY NETWORK?
The Receptionist is responsible for patient reception (check in/out), demographic registration, exam scheduling, answering phones, and other tasks as deemed necessary in order to be successful in this position.
This position requires strong customer service and communication skills, with a strong focus on customer service and professional phone etiquette. Must have great attendance. Computer skills required. Must be able to work as a team member. Previous medical office experience is of value but not required.
This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.. This position will float between the Carmel locations.
