Summary
As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of residential properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction and compliance with Fair Housing regulations. This role requires strong customer service skills and expertise in property leasing and management. Knowledge of HUD, RD and LIHTC is preferred but not required. Not required to live on site. No residential unit provided.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of two properties, ensuring high levels of customer service and tenant satisfaction.
- Oversee property leasing processes, including waiting lists and application processing.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and landlord-tenant laws.
- Ensure compliance with HUD, RD and LIHTC regulations.
- Maintain accurate records through data entry and filing systems.
- Address tenant concerns and conflicts promptly, utilizing conflict management skills.
- Collaborate with maintenance staff to ensure property upkeep and address maintenance requests efficiently.
- Maintain an above average level of occupancy.
