State License 1 Verification

Job Details

Pediatrics RN Needed – Post-Partum Float & Gyn Surgeries Required

Start Date : ASAP

Ratios : 1 : 6

2 YR EXP REQUIRED

1st Time Travelers OK! – Must have at least 2 yrs. Specialty EXP

EOW REQUIRED

On-Call REQUIRED – As Needed

Float REQUIRED - Traveler will be required to float to post-partum as needed – potential float to L&D if experience allows (not required)

Block Scheduling

Documentation Systems – Pyxis, MedHost - GEBCN

Locals accepted same rate!

Pending licensure will NOT be accepted

RTO Restrictions : All RTO must be provided on initial submittal for manager approval

Special Requirements : Looking for travelers willing to help precept new graduates on the unit – no preceptor pay

Special Procedures : Hysterectomy, C-Sections, BTL, Vag Delivery, Bili – Lights, IND

Special Equipment : Dopler

Scrubs : Hot pink or Turquoise Blue preferred – Will have pink badge to distinguish unit

Additional Details

Proof of I9 or Attestation

Government issued photo ID required. Photo Identification must be carried on person during hours of service to client.

Proof of Everify or Attestation

Please require if nurse is working on a compact license

Required - Primary Source Verification

Nursys verification required as applicable (required for all RNs)

Required as Applicable by Profession. Must meet or exceed the Angoff score or otherwise achieve a passing score if not done through Relias.

Required for clinical employees within 12 months of start. Must be renewed annually.
