Northwest Registered Agent is excited to be adding another position to our growing team. This position is coded as “Office Only” and work must be performed in-office from our Kalispell, Montana location. This is a full time Monday- Friday role.

Starting Wage: $16.50/hour $2/hour in office increase
This position is coded as "Office Only" which requires daily in office attendance. You will receive an additional $2/hour to your base wage. This stipend is subject to change based on change in your role or business decision.
A Day in the Life:
- Managing vehicle information data entry in client accounts through internal and state software.
- Prioritize, process, open, sort, scan, and track inbound mail.
- Process, ship, and track outbound mail.
- Occasionally reach out to clients via phone and/or email to confirm shipping address.
- Collaborate with internal teams when necessary.
- As part of a small office team, identify and drive process improvements and support teammates and office as needed with a variety of daily tasks from opening/closing the building to ordering supplies.
Requirements:
- A willingness and ability to learn and get immersed in the team, process, and tools.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Organized and capable of multitasking and/or quickly changing priorities.
- Strong customer service skills, clear and concise communicator.
- Self motivated, independent learner and critical thinker.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in handling changes in processes and procedures.
- Comfortable conducting online research and troubleshooting issues.
- Strong computer skills.
- Eager to dig into problems in order to serve our clients.
- Teachable and willing to learn the ins and outs of our business.
- Available to work in office daily, Monday – Friday
