Northwest Registered Agent is excited to be adding another position to our growing team. This position is coded as “Office Only” and work must be performed in-office to do all responsibilities effectively.
The Vehicle Titling Specialist position is full-time, Monday – Friday in office. In this role, you will work in a client-focused environment and manage the vehicle registration process from beginning to end. You might enjoy this position if you have an eye for detail and excel at thorough research and document review. You get satisfaction from having various responsibilities, speaking with people regularly, and helping others. And you also like working in a casual environment with fun people.
You will have to research solutions and problem solve, using a variety of resources, to provide exceptional service to our customers. We think our employees are great and we want them to feel comfortable to be themselves, so we do not use scripts. We just expect our team to be respectful, friendly, and helpful.
A Day In The Life:
- Processing vehicle title paperwork for clients. Reaching out to clients directly regarding vehicle specifications needed for filings.
- Answer inbound client inquiries over the phone and via email regarding vehicle registration and titling.
- Managing vehicle information in client accounts through internal and state software.
- Working with internal teams and third party vehicle licensing agencies to resolve client issues, licensing issues, and process improvements.
- May assist with processing and mailing vehicle license plates if necessary.
- May assist with annual renewal filings and other office duties as needed.
- May assist with scanning and uploading all vehicle registration renewals.
Requirements:
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Self motivated, independent learner and critical thinker.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable conducting online research and troubleshooting issues.
- Strong computer skills.
- Eager to dig into problems in order to serve our clients.
- Available to work in office daily, Monday - Friday
