1. Maintain Branch Inventory Assure appropriate levels of equipment and supplies Track all consigned equipment Assure all equipment maintenance is properly performed and documented
2. Assign Work Schedules Develop route schedules and assign daily workloads Assure timely deliveries, setups, and pickups of supplies and equipment Assure on-call coverage Assure timely and accurate paperwork
3. Branch Employee Supervision Assist Regional Operations Manager(s) with employee relations a. Interview and select employees b. Conduct employee performance appraisals, coaching, and reviews c. Review and approve time cards for payroll d. Maintain employee satisfaction e. Discipline and release employees
4. Employee Training Orient new employees to branch operations Administer employee competencies Oversee annual and ongoing training
5. Maintain Customer Satisfaction Assure positive customer relations with the VA, referrals, and patients JOB DESCRIPTION
6. Comply with regulatory agencies, including the Joint Commission, FDA, DOT, Board of Pharmacy, and OSHA
7. Communications Communicate branch needs to Regional Operations Manager Communicate to/with referral sources in branch territory Communicate all relevant information from corporate offices to branch employees
Qualification Requirements:
Education/Experience 3-5 years experience as a service technician, respiratory therapist or employed by NRS is desired; 1 3 years previous supervisory or management experience desired
Language and Communication Skills Ability to listen, write and speak clearly. Ability to read and interpret documents and instructions in a variety of formats
Mathematical Skills Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
Time Management Ability to work independently, organize and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
Safety/Security Actively promotes and personally observes all safety and security procedures, and uses all equipment and materials properly
Abilities Excellent training and teaching skills. Ability to promote our business to the consumer and referral sources.
Computer Skills Experience with MS Word and Excel software, web browsers, scanning and email
