Northwest Signature Properties is looking for a hard-working Hotel Manager. The selected candidate must possess excellent communication, leadership skills and have a proven track record of success in managing a hotel operation, with a hands-on approach, great teaching ability, and a strong commitment to building a long-term career with our company. The schedule may vary but it is typically Tuesday - Saturday.
Hotel Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, marketing and maintenance.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining high standards of service and quality.
- Manage and motivate a team of employees to achieve operational and financial goals.
- Maintain strong relationships with local businesses, vendors, and community leaders.
- Ensure compliance with all legal, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Work collaboratively with the corporate team to achieve company goals.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a General Manager of a hotel/restaurant.
- Proven leadership and communication skills.
- Experience in budgeting.
- Ability to develop and execute successful sales and marketing strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Hands-on approach and willingness to lead by example.
- Full Time Management position that requires flexibility, ability to work weekends and holidays and a varied schedule.
- Must be proficient in general computer knowledge, including a working knowledge of point of sale systems.
