What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN Clinical Instructor (PT) position at Northwest State Community College?
A part time registered nursing clinical instructor is responsible for managing a group of students in a clinical setting including assigning, supervising and evaluating the students. Applicants must have, at a minimum, a Bachelor’s degree in nursing with a Master's degree preferred, two years work experience as a registered nurse, and an active Ohio Nursing License. When the clinical experience is in Indiana, an Indiana Nursing License is also required. Nursing clinical instructors are needed for area hospitals, as well as Toledo and Fort Wayne locations. Openings are available in both the Practical Nursing program and the Associate Degree Nursing program in a variety of clinical settings.
