Athenix Advanced Plastic Surgery & Aesthetic Centers is seeking an experienced Medical Front Office Coordinator for its thriving cosmetic surgery center in Bellevue, WA. This position is full-time, Monday-Friday with an occasional Saturday.

Position Summary
The Front Office Coordinator's primary functions are derived on the premise of providing excellent customer service consisting of: greeting patients with a high level of energy in a warm, friendly manner and with the utmost care and respect, and the ability to provide solid interpersonal and communication skills while understanding patient flow of a medical office. Position requires a meticulous individual with a positive attitude, excellent patient satisfaction skills, and product and service knowledge. Individual must be an enthusiastic, devoted, team player that is able to thrive in an aesthetic clinical setting. This role requires a professional appearance, with an exceptional personality and intelligible performance. Willingness to cross-train in other areas.

- Graduate of an accredited nursing program with current state licensure
- Must be ACLS certified or willing to become certified upon hire
- Must have IV sedation skills and preferable moderate sedations certification or willing to become certified upon hire
- Surgical/OR experience required
- Cosmetic/plastics experience is a preferred but not required
- Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Able to effectively communicate with all members of staff both verbal and written
- Ability to communicate with patient, their family members and/or caretakers
- Must have a flexible schedule and reliable transportation
- May be required to work one to two Saturdays a month
