Job Summary :
As the Director of Procurement Digital Solutions, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of digital solutions for our client's procurement processes. You will work closely with a procurement team to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to streamline and optimize our procurement operations. You will also be responsible for managing a team of digital solution specialists and ensuring the successful execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the development and implementation of digital solutions for client's procurement processes, including but not limited to e-procurement systems, contract management systems, and supplier management systems.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to identify pain points and areas for improvement in current procurement processes.
- Develop and implement strategies to streamline and optimize procurement operations using digital solutions.
- Manage a team of digital solution specialists, providing guidance, support, and coaching as needed.
- Oversee the execution of digital solution projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the desired outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in procurement technology, and make recommendations for incorporating new tools and systems into our processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and operations, to ensure seamless integration of digital solutions into overall business operations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and technology partners to ensure the best solutions are being utilized for our procurement processes.
