Northwest Talent Solutions LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Market Manager, Information Services to join our client's team. As a Market Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the information services division of our client. This is a full-time, permanent position with excellent benefits and growth opportunities. The Market Manager (Assistant Director) will provide oversight of the day-to-day operations of the department and along with the System Director, represent our client on local and Corporate technology strategies and initiatives. The Market Manager will also serve in the capacity of Director as needed. Ideal candidates will have 8 of progressive experience in clinical or financial applications, customer support and development, with five years in a supervisory role.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement strategic plans to grow and expand the information services division
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the market
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Manage a team of information services professionals, providing guidance, support, and training as needed
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform business decisions and strategies
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the information services industry, including emerging technologies and best practices
- Monitor and analyze division performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring the division operates within financial targets
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
