Position : Plant Engineer
Northwest Talent Solutions LLC is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Plant Engineer to join our client's team in Willows, CA. As a Plant Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of our client's facility. This is a full-time, permanent position with competitive salary and benefits.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and oversee the maintenance and repair of all equipment and systems in the plant, including but not limited to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and production machinery
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to ensure efficient and reliable operation of all plant equipment
- Monitor and analyze plant performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and reduce downtime
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols, and lead safety training and initiatives for all plant employees
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving measures
- Manage and oversee all capital projects related to plant equipment and facilities, including budgeting, scheduling, and contractor management
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and services
- Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians to ensure a high level of technical expertise within the plant team
