Job Overview :
As the Senior Design Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire construction process from conception to completion. You will work closely with our clients, architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure that all projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the design and construction teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources
- Review and approve all project plans, designs, and specifications
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify and resolve any issues, and ensure compliance with all safety regulations
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide updates on project status and address any concerns
- Manage and negotiate contracts with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors
- Ensure that all projects are completed within budget and on schedule while maintaining the highest level of quality
- Continuously evaluate and improve construction processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members
