The Finance Technician plays a key role in supporting payroll preparation and performing various finance and accounting functions. This position is responsible for processing data, assisting with monitoring, and implementing updates within the Agency’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, Tyler MUNIS. Duties include maintaining the general ledger and supporting payroll operations within the ERP system. The Finance Technician must exercise sound judgment, initiative, leadership, and discretion while ensuring the Agency’s financial policies comply with State and Federal laws.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- One (1) to three (3) years of related office experience required
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License, good driving record and the ability to provide own transportation.
- A mix of education and experience that shows the necessary skills and knowledge for a finance technician role in a medium to large behavioral health organization.
- An appreciation for and support of diversity in all its forms, and a demonstrated ability to interact with or serve individuals with diverse backgrounds, including clients, coworkers, and members of the community.
- An eagerness to invest in one’s community through service.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field preferred.
- One (1) to two (2) years of experience in payroll and accounting preferred.

- Must be able to complete physical requirements of the job
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times
SALARY: Starting at $39,508
