Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing daily operations and ensure a safe, supportive environment
- Train and support Residential Behavior Interventionists
- Coordinate with other agency supports to provide comprehensive care
- Ensure completion of all required residential program documentation
- Help develop and utilize the house and surrounding landscape for the well-being of residents
- Provide guidance and therapeutic support during challenging situations
What Were Looking For:
- A strong team player with patience and empathy
- Ability to remain calm and validate individuals in difficult moments
- Experience in therapeutic support (preferred)
- Reliable transportation is required
