Northwestern Counseling & Support Services, Inc. (NCSS) is seeking an enthusiastic individual, interested in developing professionally! The Assistant House Manager will assist with coordination of operations, services, and supportive care for persons residing in our Martin Drive Residential Program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring safe quality care.
- Training new and existing Residential Behavior Interventionists.
- Coordinating with other agency supports.
- Completing all residential program documentation requirements.
The Assistant House Manager will have many opportunities to help develop the program and guide the use of the house and spacious landscape for the betterment of the residents. The Assistant House Manager works with a team of Residential Behavior Interventionists and is supported by a Team Leader.
The ideal candidate will be a strong team player, exhibit patience, and have the ability to calmly and empathetically validate individuals during challenging situations. Therapeutic support experience is preferred. Ongoing clinical support and training will be provided regularly for the residential support team. Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation is required.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent combination of related education, training, and experience.
