Description
The Community Rehabilitation & Treatment (CRT) Team is looking for a strong team player to provide supported employment services to adults with severe and persistent mental illness.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting clients with their employment search and job development
- Delivering recovery-oriented employment services in community-based settings
- Seeking out area employers while maintaining strong customer relations
- Developing collaborative relationships with area employers and local community partners to ensure future placements

Qualifications
Candidates will have a:
- Strengths-based belief that every person has the ability to succeed in employment
- Strong organizational and communicative skill set
- Bachelor’s Degree, however, an Associate’s Degree in the Human Services or related field will be considered
- Valid driver’s license and the ability to transport clients in their personal vehicle
