The Community Rehabilitation & Treatment (CRT) Team at Northwestern Counseling & Support Services, Inc. is looking for a strong team player to provide supported employment services to adults with severe and persistent mental illness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting clients with their employment search and job development.
- Delivering recovery-oriented employment services in community-based settings.
- Seeking out area employers while maintaining strong customer relations.
- Developing collaborative relationships with area employers and local community partners to ensure future placements.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree, however, an Associate’s Degree in the Human Services or related field will be considered.
