The Community Mental Health Services Division at Northwestern Counseling & Support Services is seeking a highly-motivated, compassionate, and experienced candidate looking to apply and strengthen their clinical skills. Intensive Case Managers provide highly individualized support to persons with severe mental illness. Persons served frequently utilize mental health services and require intensive supports to maintain independence within their community.
This position requires:
- A team player who values collaboration
- Delivering medication and managing medication schedules
- Flexibility around work schedules; including weekend and evening rotations

A Bachelors Degree with acute care experience is preferred, however, an Associates Degree in the Human Service field and/or relevant experience will be considered.
