Northwestern Counseling & Support Services, Inc. (NCSS) is seeking dynamic professionals to join our team at a new developmental services home as Residential Behavior Interventionists. This rewarding opportunity allows you to support individuals diagnosed with intellectual and developmental disabilities or autism as they achieve their goals in a supportive and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide behavior support and promote positive skill-building.
- Teach and assist individuals with daily living skills at home and in the community.
- Support individuals in achieving greater independence and personal growth.
- Assist with household tasks while creating a nurturing, supportive environment.
Current Shifts Available:
- Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and every other Wednesday 8pm-8am
- Thursday, Friday, Saturday and every other Wednesday 8a-8p
- Thursday, Friday, Saturday and every other Wednesday 8p-8a
The ideal candidate is flexible and adaptable to changing needs, solution-oriented, with a proactive approach to challenges, a strong team player, ready to collaborate and contribute, and committed to promoting dignity, respect, and independence for individuals.
Shifts will include one weekend day and overnight availability is a must.
