Our Behavior Support Team is in search of a dynamic candidates who can provide support to individuals with emotional and behavioral challenges, both within the community and at our 24/7 staffed residential home – Martin Drive.
Residential Behavior Interventionists work 12-hour shifts and availability during nights and weekends is required.
We are seeking individuals who embody the following qualities:
- A positive demeanor and a strong, supportive presence.
- A willingness to engage individuals through therapeutic interventions.
- The capability to create and maintain a highly structured, consistent, and therapeutic environment.
We are looking for candidates who have prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, intellectual disabilities, and/or mental health conditions. However, those with a background in supporting individuals experiencing significant behavioral changes in residential and community settings or more structured therapeutic environments are strongly preferred. A valid driver's license and dependable transportation is required.

Qualifications
High School Diploma
- American Sign Language (ASL) knowledge preferred but willing to train the right candidates.
