Our Residential Support Team is in search of dynamic candidates who can provide support to individuals with emotional and behavioral challenges, both within the community and at our 24/7 staffed residential home – South Main.
Candidates should possess:
- A positive demeanor and a strong, supportive presence.
- A willingness to engage individuals through therapeutic interventions.
- The capability to create and maintain a highly structured, consistent, and therapeutic environment.
- Prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, intellectual disabilities, and/or mental health conditions.
Those with a background in supporting individuals experiencing significant behavioral changes in residential and community settings or more structured therapeutic environments are strongly preferred. Weekend availability is required, and candidates must possess a valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
