Are you a compassionate, energetic, and self-motivated individual looking to make a meaningful impact? Northwestern Counseling & Support Services, Inc. (NCSS) is currently hiring for our Supported Independent Living Program (SILP) — a residential program supporting individuals with severe and persistent mental illness.
We’re seeking a dedicated team member to work Sunday through Tuesday and every other Saturday, from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Weekend availability is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fostering a therapeutic, supportive, and stable environment in both residential and community settings
- Providing person-centered, strength-based interventions tailored to individual needs
- Supporting daily living skills, including preparing and cooking meals
- Administering medications as directed
- Transporting clients to appointments and community activities
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in residential programs or working with individuals with mental health challenges
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A warm, compassionate personality and a team-oriented mindset
- A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle to transport clients
