Northwestern Counseling & Support Services (NCSS) is seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to provide clinical supervision and leadership to a team of early childhood home visitors serving Franklin and Grand Isle counties that support parent education, care coordination, family-centered screening and assessment, and early detection of child needs. This role also includes conducting psychosocial clinical assessments for children under the age of six.
The Early Childhood Support Team Leader will oversee the Early Childhood & Family Mental Health Program, the Strong Families Vermont Home Visiting Program, and the Parents as Teachers Program. This position requires expertise in early child development, family support, and clinical assessment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical supervision and support to home visiting staff.
- Ensure model fidelity to evidence-based home visiting frameworks.
- Conduct clinical assessments for young children.
- Collaborate with community partners to enhance family support services.
