Description
Northwestern Counseling & Support Services, Inc. is seeking a dynamic leader who understands and will promote a person-centered approach for the individuals we serve and the services we provide for our Residential Services, Intake, and Quality Review Team.
The Team Leader will support with the development of opening and overseeing the operation of our residential programming and provide leadership to our residential homes and quality review team. Team Leader will support with intake of new clients and provide support to our DS Intake Coordinator. Close collaboration with State and Community Partners, and NCSS Staff is required. After hours support of staff is required. Additionally, direct supervision and oversight of 24/7 staffed residential sites for individuals with Developmental Disabilities.
Successful candidate will have effective communication and leadership skills, strong supervision skills, demonstrate critical thinking, have good attention to detail, ability to foresee future needs/build new programs, and the ability to build cohesive teams and bring a positive attitude to the workplace. Knowledge of the Developmental Services System of Care is a plus.

Qualifications
Master’s degree in Human services, Psychology or related field. We will consider those with a Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of experience.
