About this position :
The Superintendent of Hydro (Remote Sites) manages hydro operations at Madison / Hebgen, Thompson Falls, Hauser, Holter, and Mystic dams. This role ensures the safe, efficient, cost-effective, and compliant operation and maintenance of these projects. Reporting to the Manager of Hydro Power Generation, the superintendent supervises O&M teams across multiple hydro facilities and collaborates with various hydro and business resources to achieve company goals. The position operates in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong coordination and communication with diverse stakeholders for success.
