NMC is currently recruiting for a Chief People Officer to join our Leadership Team.
JOB SUMMARY :
- The Chief People Officer is responsible for providing leadership in the development and execution of human resources and education strategy, policy and programs in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization.
PREREQUISITES :
Education : Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field required. Masters degree strongly preferred.
Certification : PHR strongly preferred.
Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources with a focus on employee relations, compensation design, and benefit administration required. Previous supervisory experience required. Experience with healthcare environment strongly preferred.
