Northwestern Medical Center's mission is to provide exceptional healthcare for our community and we are currently recruiting for a Full-time Custodian opportunity.
EXPECTED HOURS/SHIFT: Full-Time (80 hours bi-weekly), primarily 10:30 pm - 7:00 am, including every other weekend
Compensation starts at $18.00 /hour commensurate with experience shift differentials.
JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for: light plumbing, changing light bulbs, room climate maintenance, transportation of bio-hazardous materials, snow/ice removal scrubbing/stripping/waxing floors, as well as other duties assigned to Environmental Services Technicians
PREREQUISITES
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Prior Experience: Institutional cleaning experience preferred.
Other: Must possess a valid driver's license with clean driving record and be insurable by NMC's insurance policy.
